I’m feeling terribly today. The sickness is making me not want to do anything. Neither of us have a voice but Philip doesn’t feel bad. I took at least 3 naps today. We did manage to make it out to the beach for an hour or two where the kids played and we soaked up the rays. It was a gorgeous day to be outside.
We just relaxed this evening and watched a sailing video called “Maiden Trip” about a 15 year old girl who sails around the world alone. It was a really inspiring movie. As nice as it was to sleep in a real bed last night I find myself missing the boat and wanting to be back on it. It was weird to have all the space and amenities of a house even after only a week on a boat. I thought this would be the first thing to drive me crazy but surprisingly after we got in a groove it was easy. Maybe we really don’t need as much space as we think?
